* Ensure every stock movement is properly documented and updated in the ERP.
* Coordinate with stores, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory.
* Track and maintain records of all inward and outward stock transfers.
* Ensure there are no gaps between physical stock movement and system records.
### 2. Production & ERP Updating
* Receive production details and *update completed production in the ERP*.
* Generate and manage *product barcodes* for newly produced inventory.
* Ensure all finished goods are correctly entered, labelled, and available in the system.
* Keep inventory records updated on a daily basis.
* Match *production challans with ERP entries and records maintained by the Accounts team*.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies between production quantities, challans, ERP records, and physical stock.
### 3. Inventory Management & Reconciliation
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory across all Sampada stores and locations.
* Regularly reconcile *physical stock against ERP/system stock*.
* Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
* Maintain proper documentation for stock adjustments and corrections.
* Ensure inventory data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
### 4. Store Audits
* Conduct regular *physical stock audits at Sampada stores*.
* Verify physical inventory against ERP/system inventory.
* Identify shortages, excess stock, incorrect entries, missing barcodes, or other discrepancies.
* Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies to the relevant team.
* Follow up to ensure discrepancies are resolved and systems are corrected.
* Establish a consistent process for maintaining inventory accuracy across stores.
### 5. POS – Exchanges & Returns
* Manage and process *customer exchanges and returns through the POS system*.
* Ensure returned and exchanged products are correctly reflected in inventory.
* Coordinate with store teams to ensure the physical movement of returned/exchanged products matches the POS and ERP records.
* Identify and report any irregularities in returns or exchanges.
## Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in *inventory, logistics, warehouse, retail operations, or supply chain*.
* Hands-on experience working with an *ERP/inventory management system* is essential.
* Experience with *POS systems*, particularly exchanges and returns.
* Strong understanding of stock movement, inventory reconciliation, and physical audits.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/production environment.
## What We Are Looking For
