Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing prospects, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and convincing salesperson, comfortable speaking with decision-makers, handling objections, and taking ownership of the sales cycle from the first call to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and decision-makers.
Generate and qualify sales leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate our products/services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build strong relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into customers.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales independently.
Schedule and conduct introductory sales discussions/demos where required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
Update and manage sales data using MS Excel and CRM/sales-tracking tools.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track individual performance against targets.
Work closely with the management/team to develop effective sales strategies.
Consistently achieve calling, lead-generation, conversion, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with strong clarity, confidence, and professional communication.
Excellent written English for emails, proposals, follow-ups, and business communication.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Confident and comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel — data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas, maintaining sales trackers, and preparing reports.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong follow-up discipline and excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
Target-oriented, persistent, energetic, and self-motivated.

We are looking for someone who is not just a lead generator but a complete sales professional—someone who can pick up the phone, start a conversation, create interest, handle objections, follow up consistently, and ultimately close the deal.

Ideal Candidate: A confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, excellent English, persuasive communication skills, and a proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
