Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient communication between application layers.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Participate in application deployment and maintenance on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and enterprise security policies.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance analysis, and issue resolution across the stack.

Requirements

- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Qualifications
- - 3–6 years of professional experience in full stack Java development.
  - Strong proficiency in Java (version 8 or above) and Spring Boot.
  - Proven expertise in PostgreSQL, including query writing and database optimization.
  - Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
  - Experience with cloud deployment on AWS or GCP, including CI/CD integration.
  - Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  - Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
  - Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- - Preferred Skills
  - - Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
    - Working knowledge of Kubernetes, API gateways, or service mesh architectures.
    - Exposure to cloud-native services such as AWS RDS, ECS, Lambda, or GCP Cloud SQL and App Engine.
    - Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React or Angular) will be an added advantage.
    - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
