Full job description

Shruti Sodhi Interior Designs is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Director in managing day-to-day business coordination, follow-ups, reporting and sales support.

The ideal candidate should be strong in CRM, MS Office, Excel, communication, follow-ups, reporting and coordination and should be capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder/Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments.
Follow up with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM.
Track leads, client communication and sales follow-ups.
Prepare MIS, management reports and business updates.
Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting schedules.
Track pending payments, quotations, BOQs, proposals and other important documents.
Coordinate between Sales, Design, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams.
Maintain task trackers and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Assist the Founder/Director with day-to-day business requirements.
Prepare and organise reports, presentations and business documents.
Provide sales and client coordination support.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Handle professional emails, calls and WhatsApp communication.
Conduct follow-ups and provide regular status updates to the Founder.
Ensure important tasks are not missed and deadlines are maintained.

Required Skills

Strong CRM knowledge – Mandatory
Strong MS Excel knowledge – Mandatory
MS Word and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong follow-up skills
Good reporting and MIS skills
Strong coordination skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
Sales support and client coordination experience
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Good attention to detail
Proactive and responsible approach
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools will be an added advantage

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is smart, organised, proactive and good at execution.

The person should not require constant supervision and should be able to understand instructions, coordinate with the relevant people, follow up and bring the task to closure.

Experience in interior design, architecture, furniture, real estate, luxury retail or a similar industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,689.24 - ₹15,923.11 per month
