HR Intern

Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in establishing our new team for existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. This high-impact opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. You’ll work closely with the founders to build processes, attract talent, and shape the company culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR databases.
Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation and reports.
Provide administrative support for HR operations and daily tasks.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an MBA in HR (1st or 2nd year) from a recognized university.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
Skills in Employee Relations Management and Human Resource Management.

Preferred Skills

Strong time management skills.
Experience or coursework related to HR analytics.
