About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. Able to do Internal Hiring to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our internal teams. Responsible for identifying and hiring the talent that powers Hirekeyz itself —including IT Recruiters, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Account Managers, and Operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle for internal positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, and other platforms to attract top staffing professionals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, technical/behavioural interviews, and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate interviews with management and department heads to ensure smooth and timely closures.
- Offer Management: Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- HR Support: Assist with HR operations, employee engagement, and retention activities to foster a positive work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment, specifically within the Staffing/IT Recruitment industry.
- Internal Hiring Expertise: Proven track record of hiring internal staff (Recruiters, BDMs, Account Managers) is mandatory.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and major job portals (Naukri, Indeed) for active and passive sourcing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work in the Night Shift (US Time Zone).
- Mindset: Self-driven, highly organized, and target oriented.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRMS.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
