1. Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Full Stack Developer / Website Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive and high-performance websites and web applications.
The candidate will work closely with the management, design, business, and other technology teams to develop secure, scalable, user-friendly, and technically robust digital solutions.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
- Design and implement front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web pages.
- Develop reusable, clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate websites and applications with APIs and third-party services.
- Develop and manage databases and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical errors.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across devices.
- Implement website security standards and data protection practices.
- Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and updates as required.
- Work with version-control systems such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality checks before deployment.
- Maintain technical documentation and development records.
- Monitor website performance and provide timely technical support.
- Stay updated with emerging web-development technologies and industry best practices.
