We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 2–4 years of professional mobile application development experience.
You will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart while collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, and US-based stakeholders.
This is a full-time remote opportunity, and candidates must be comfortable working during US Pacific Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, reusable, and scalable mobile UI components.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement application state management and architecture.
- Debug and resolve application performance and functional issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, and usability.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers.
- Maintain clean and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Work independently and meet development deadlines.
- Support applications after deployment and resolve production issues when required.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant software/mobile development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building and releasing real-world mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI development.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with state management such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, or similar.
- Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
