Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Freight Audit & Operations
-
Independently execute end-to-end freight audit for HVAC residential and commercial shipments with 100% accuracy and compliance.

Validate carrier invoices, freight rates, contracts, and accessorial charges.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to carriers and dealers.
Issue Resolution & Service Delivery
-
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, system exceptions, and carrier disputes.

Work proactively to minimize payment delays and improve vendor satisfaction.

Act as a single point of contact for escalations related to freight audit operations.
Process Improvement & Automation
-
Drive initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Contribute to increasing auto-pay percentage to 90% by eliminating exceptions and improving data accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows in SAP TM / Syncada platforms.
Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics.

Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommend improvements.

Track key KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, auto-pay %, and exception rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with sourcing teams, carrier vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain strong relationships across global stakeholders (NA / LATAM regions).
Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of ~10 professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to SLAs.

Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality.
Executive Communication

Prepare and deliver operational reviews and presentations (PPTs) to leadership.

Provide insights on performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Transition & Global Operations

Lead/support process transitions from North America / LATAM regions.

Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, stabilization, and governance setup post-transition.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements
-
9–14 years of experience in Freight Audit, Logistics Operations, or Carrier Management

Strong expertise in Freight Audit processes and operations
-
Hands-on experience with SAP TM and/or Syncada (US Bank Portal)
-
Proven experience in global transitions (North America / LATAM)

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
