The journal publishes original legal work across categories including long articles, short articles, case comments, book reviews, short notes/blogs.

About the Role
As a Journal & Content Department Member at Canonsphere Law Review, you will contribute to the development and publication of legal and academic content for Canonsphere’s online law review. The role involves writing, editing, reviewing and curating legal content while maintaining the quality, accuracy and editorial standards of the journal.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Canonsphere Law Review through legal articles, case comments, opinions, essays and other academic content.
- Research and write on contemporary legal issues, emerging areas of law and significant judicial developments.
- Review and edit articles submitted for publication.
- Proofread content for grammar, clarity, structure, legal accuracy and overall readability.
- Assist in the editorial review and selection of submissions for the online journal.
- Verify citations, references and legal authorities used in submissions.
- Suggest relevant and engaging topics for upcoming editions and publications.
- Coordinate with authors and contributors regarding revisions and editorial feedback.
- Work with the Research Department where extensive legal research is required.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent editorial style and quality standard across Canonsphere Law Review.
- Contribute to the regular publication and promotion of journal content in coordination with the Marketing and Design teams.
- Meet editorial deadlines and ensure assigned content is completed on time.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a final-year LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Prior experience with a law review, legal journal, publication, blog or editorial team will be an advantage.
- Published legal articles, case comments or research papers will be an added advantage.
