Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Mowa
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: B.Com (Completed)
Salary: As per Company Standards

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with a strong accounting background. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm along with 2–3 years of accounting experience in an organization, totaling 5–6 years of relevant experience.

The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax (ITR) related documents.
Perform GST reconciliations and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports and support audit activities.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com Completed) is mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in a CA Firm.
2–3 years of experience as an Accountant in an organization.
Total 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax (ITR), Accounting Standards, and Statutory Compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in both CA Firm and Corporate Accounting is mandatory.
Strong understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
