Job Title: Informatica IDMC MDM Application Support Engineer
Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an Informatica IDMC MDM Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions built on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The candidate will be responsible for application monitoring, incident resolution, data quality support, integration troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable MDM operations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica IDMC MDM applications.
Monitor and support MDM processes, data loads, match/merge operations, and data stewardship activities.
Troubleshoot application, data, and integration-related incidents within SLA timelines.
Support Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and MDM SaaS services.
Perform SQL analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and root cause investigation.
Resolve data quality, duplicate record, survivorship, and hierarchy management issues.
Monitor interfaces, APIs, and integrations between MDM and source/target systems.
Support deployments, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Collaborate with business users, data stewards, developers, and infrastructure teams.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
