Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum MIS Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and prepare accurate MIS reports. The candidate should have good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and data analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding and induction.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience letters and relieving letters.
Maintain employee records, personal files and statutory documents.
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals and employee working reports.
Prepare monthly attendance and salary input data.
Coordinate payroll, incentives, reimbursements, PF, ESI and full-and-final settlement.
Maintain employee discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
Support employee engagement, training and performance evaluation activities.
Maintain records of resignations, terminations and exit formalities.

MIS and Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly MIS reports.
Prepare sales, collection, target achievement, attendance, incentive and performance reports.
Collect and consolidate data from different departments and branches.
Analyse business data and provide meaningful reports to management.
Create dashboards, Pivot Tables, charts and management summaries.
Maintain master data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Automate reports using Excel formulas, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Track sales team performance, distributor working and field staff activities.
Identify data errors, missing information and reporting discrepancies.
Provide timely reports and analytical support to management.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good command of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, FILTER, Pivot Tables, charts and dashboards.
Knowledge of Google Forms, Google Apps Script and Looker Studio will be an advantage.
Understanding of recruitment, attendance, payroll and employee documentation.
Strong analytical and data-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities.
Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and email communication.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and MIS reporting.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, sales or distribution companies will be preferred.

Accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
Proper maintenance of employee records and HR documents.
Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding.
Accuracy of attendance and payroll input data.
Effective coordination between employees, departments and management.
Improvement and automation of reporting processes.
