Sales & Business Development ManagerAbout the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to help grow LayoutLeap, our ecommerce website and online business platform.

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote LayoutLeap, identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, and convert prospects into paying customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, networking, digital products, client communication, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote LayoutLeap to potential customers.
Identify and target potential customers, including entrepreneurs, small businesses, online sellers, retailers, startups, and growing brands.
Generate qualified leads through:
Cold calling
Email outreach
LinkedIn and social media
WhatsApp and other communication channels
Networking and business events
Online research and prospecting
Partnerships and referrals
Contact prospective customers and understand their business and ecommerce requirements.
Present LayoutLeap's features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
Convert qualified leads into customers and help increase paid subscriptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business prospects.
Develop partnerships with agencies, freelancers, consultants, and other businesses that can refer customers to LayoutLeap.
Identify new markets and customer segments for LayoutLeap.
Prepare sales proposals and quotations when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue.
Monitor competitors and market trends in ecommerce and website-building platforms.
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Meet agreed monthly lead-generation, sales, and revenue targets.

Who We Are Looking For

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS sales, digital products, ecommerce, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
Strong lead-generation and prospecting abilities.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
Ability to explain technology and software products in a simple way.
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales platforms is an advantage.
Basic understanding of ecommerce, websites, SaaS, or digital marketing is preferred.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales activities.
