Technology Business Development Executive

Location: Noida Expressway
Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 2–3 Years
Incentive : ₹10K Per Month
Incentives: Uncapped incentives on successful deal closures

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Technology Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B technology sales and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be confident in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, prospect engagement, and taking opportunities from lead generation through closure. You will interact with senior IT professionals, technology leaders, decision-makers, and CXOs across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B technology leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Build and manage prospect lists targeting IT Managers, CTOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors, and other technology decision-makers.
Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
Conduct cold calls and effectively communicate the company's technology services and solutions.
Connect and build relationships with top IT professionals and senior decision-makers.
Present the company's introduction, capabilities, technology solutions, and value proposition.
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct introductory/discovery calls with prospects.
Follow up consistently and manage prospects through the complete sales cycle.
Work closely with the delivery/technology team to understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals.
Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM.
Take ownership of opportunities from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in B2B Technology Business Development / IT Sales / Inside Sales.
Strong experience in cold calling and email campaigns.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
Good understanding of the IT services / technology consulting / software industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently interact with senior IT professionals and CXO-level decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently manage prospects from lead generation to closure.
Target-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.

Good to Have

Experience selling IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or Staffing solutions.
Experience working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM/lead-generation platforms.
Experience working with US, UK, or European technology clients.
