We have a requirement for Senior Sales Engineer (Instrumentation Products) position with an Advanced Control Technologies a premier high-tech Solutions Company in Gas Management, Shock & Vibration, Static & Dust Control, Lubrication and Air Moving Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Specialty Gas vertical business vertical.

The primary responsibility will be business development and driving the growth of sales numbers for the division.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the specialty gas

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.

Sales Growth & Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.
Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the company’s offerings.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.

Negotiations and Contract Finalization:

Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals.
Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

Experience:

4+ years of Field Sales Experience selling instrumentation product And Instrument Fittings Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role.
Market Experience in R&D facilities, Analytical customers, Laboratories,
Chemical, Oil & Gas, Biotech, Pharmaceutical could be useful.
Since this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales & support to clients on timely basis.

Job Location: Mumbai

Education: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4 to 6 years
