PURE CRAFTED LTD is hiring an Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who can handle and scale our Amazon business end-to-end.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in:

Amazon Seller Central
SEO-rich product listings
A+ Content & Brand Store creation
Amazon Sponsored Ads
Ranking & sales growth strategies
Listing optimization & account health management
INVENTORY handling

This is NOT a basic listing upload role.
We need someone who understands how to grow sales on Amazon and improve product visibility, conversion, and overall account performance. PURE CRAFTED LTD is hiring an Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who can handle and scale our Amazon business end-to-end.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in:

Amazon Seller Central
SEO-rich product listings
A+ Content & Brand Store creation
Amazon Sponsored Ads
Ranking & sales growth strategies
Listing optimization & account health management
INVENTORY handling

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for Amazon marketplace accounts, focusing on increasing sales and market share.
Optimize product listings using SEO tools and content creation techniques to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability and organic traffic.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics.
Oversee website management tasks including content updates via WordPress or other CMS platforms, ensuring consistency across channels.
Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS skills for enhanced listings.
Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign data regularly to refine strategies, improve conversion optimization efforts, and report on key performance indicators.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing automation workflows and website management initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts with a track record of growth and success in e-commerce environments.
Strong proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), and digital campaign setup across multiple platforms.
Expertise in paid advertising campaign management on Amazon Ads, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and social media marketing strategies.
Ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation; graphic design experience is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools, keyword research techniques, copywriting skills for product listings and ad copy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple projects independently.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to optimize campaigns continuously and achieve measurable results.
