Shift Timings: Rotational shifts – 24/7
Working days: Five days including Saturday & Sunday, with 2 days week-off

Job Summary
Brokerage Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the customs clearance process for imported shipments while ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies. The role involves reviewing import documentation, preparing and submitting customs entries. Should also have a sound knowledge of import regulations, tariff classification, valuation, duty calculation, and trade compliance while delivering high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
Job Duties

Prepare, review, and submit customs entries for import shipments.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import laws, and trade requirements.

Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and determine applicable duties and taxes.

Review commercial invoices, packing lists and other import documentation for accuracy.

Should deliver on expected productivity and quality

Ready to provide support (Overtimes, staffing on baking holidays)
Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of import brokerage processes and customs regulations.

Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Prerequisites

Experience in UK Brokerage is preferrable.

Customs clearance, accuracy and compliance.
