Office Admin – Data Entry Specialist | Remote / Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Admin – Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time work-from-home basis.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, good communication skills, and a good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain company records.
Enter, update, and organize information in databases and spreadsheets.
Handle general administrative and office support tasks remotely.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Manage emails and routine office correspondence.
Coordinate with team members and assist with daily administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home.
