Title: 3D Motion Graphic Designer
Location: Calicut, Kerala

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to prototype motion in tools like After Effects, Figma, etc.
- Translate design concepts into motion graphics that elevate the user experience and reinforce branding.
- Design and animate 3D motion graphics in Blender (modelling, lighting, texturing, rendering).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure animations are feasible and optimized for performance.
- Design and animate UI elements such as loading animations, transitions, hover effects, micro-interactions, and feature demos.
- Create high-quality animations for case studies, marketing materials, and product walkthroughs.
- Translate creative briefs and scripts into storyboards and motion-style frames.
- Optimize output formats for various platforms like web, social media, and presentations.
Requirements
- 3+years of experience in motion design, experience in UI/UX or digital product environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Blender 3D, Premier Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop. Knowledge about Adobe Suite is expected.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI-related animations, product videos, explainer videos, micro-interactions, etc. Experience in 3D animated video has greater advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly through motion.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for timing, pacing, and transitions.
- Working knowledge of Lottie, JSON, GIF animations is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of audio syncing, color theory, timing, and composition.
