Job Title: Content/Copy Writer (Preferably for Events/Advertising/PR)

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

The role involves understanding client briefs, including product details, target audiences, and market competition. It requires conceptualising and strategising creative approaches while ensuring brand and design consistency across promotional platforms. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating marketing collateral, and presenting ideas through storyboards. Additionally, the role oversees project execution to maintain creative integrity, allocates resources efficiently, and fosters team growth through training and mentorship to adapt to evolving client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and promotional materials.

2. Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives by using the mediums of PowerPoint presentations that align with the brand's messaging and resonate with the target audience, enhancing the overall event experience.

3. Research and Ideation: Conduct thorough research to generate innovative ideas for content themes, topics, and formats that capture the essence of the events and drive audience engagement.

4. Content Planning and Calendar Management: Create content calendars outlining content schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with event timelines and objectives.

5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and event operations, to ensure that content aligns with the overall event strategy and objectives.

6. Content Optimization:

Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility, reach, and audience engagement.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets high accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency standards, maintaining the company's professional image.

8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategies.

9. Adaptability: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing to improve content quality and relevance continuously.

10. Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders, audience insights, and post-event evaluations to iteratively refine content strategies and enhance the impact of future events.

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field with a strong passion for writing.

 To have flair with words, fluency with the language, the ability to persuade and a vivid imagination, out-of-the-box thinking, and display of original ideas.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
