RSAI Academy is seeking a thoughtful Growth, Social & Community Intern to contribute within a defined role scope and produce clear evidence of completed work.
About the opportunity
Help RSAI Academy reach and understand relevant learners through credible campaign planning, useful content distribution, community feedback, and documented experiments.
The current opportunity combines scoped work, review checkpoints, and tangible outcomes that support practical AI learning and learner decisions.
What you will work on
- Support campaign planning, content preparation, review, and publishing workflows.
- Research audience questions, content opportunities, and suitable distribution channels.
- Prepare content briefs, calendars, distribution notes, and community-response guidance.
- Maintain feedback loops across learner questions, community responses, and internal owners.
- Review basic performance signals and document experiments, findings, and follow-up actions.
What you will deliver
- A campaign brief or content calendar with audience, message, channel, owner, and publishing notes.
- An audience, content, or channel research summary with testable distribution opportunities.
- A performance and community-feedback review with findings, experiments, and clear handoffs.
What we are looking for
- Evidence of clear audience-focused writing, content planning, community work, or campaign support.
- Ability to research channels and audience questions without inventing performance claims.
- Comfort organizing briefs, calendars, response guidance, and basic performance observations.
- Empathy in community communication and openness to testing, feedback, and measurement.
