What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
- Create high-quality social media creatives, posts and promotional designs
- Work on video content for real estate, finance, luxury brands and other businesses
- Add professional transitions, text animations, sound effects, music and motion graphics
- Create visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency
- Adapt content according to different social media formats and requirements
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to execute creative concepts
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles and design trends
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines
Daily Deliverables / Expected Output
The selected candidate will be expected to manage a consistent daily content workload:
- Up to 2 Reels/Videos per day
- Up to 2 Social Media Creatives per day
- Maintain consistent quality, branding and timely delivery
- Repurpose content into different formats wherever required
- Deliver work according to the assigned content calendar and deadlines
Output may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client requirements. Quality and creativity will be given equal importance alongside productivity.
Skills Required
- 1+ year of experience in video editing and/or creative designing
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Gemini AI, ChatGPT or similar
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content
- Strong sense of design, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
- Creativity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into a polished visual
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects

Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
