Full job description

Develop and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy for HRDYAM.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and content-gap research.
Identify high-value informational and commercial keywords in the pilgrimage, religious travel, temple, and tourism space.
Build topic clusters and topical authority around major destinations, temples, pilgrimage routes, and travel services.
Perform on-page SEO, including titles, headings, metadata, internal linking, URLs, schema, and content optimization.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, sitemaps, canonicalization, duplicate content, and site structure.
Develop and execute a high-quality link-building and digital PR strategy.
Research relevant websites, publications, bloggers, travel portals, local websites, and other potential referring domains.
Conduct email outreach and build relationships for genuine editorial backlinks and brand mentions.
Analyze competitor backlinks and identify link-building opportunities.
Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, organic impressions, clicks, referring domains, backlinks, and organic traffic.
Identify underperforming pages and continuously optimize existing content.
Work closely with writers to create SEO-focused content briefs and improve content quality.
Implement and test GEO/AEO strategies for Google AI Overviews and AI/answer engines.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and changes in AI search.
Focus on measurable outcomes rather than simply increasing the number of published articles.
