A Property management company in Canada is looking for a Bookkeeper to join the team.

Job type: Work from Home/Virtual Position

Job Timings: Night Shift (9:00pm to 4:00am)

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and categorize daily debits and credits (purchases, sales, and receipts) into accounting software.
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Manage vendor bills, issue customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Match bank and credit card statements against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare essential financial statements like the Income Statement (Profit & Loss) and Balance Sheet.
·Maintain organized financial records to assist with tax filings and internal or external audits

Required Candidate profile

Should have 1-3 yrs of experience in Bank reconciliation, trail balance and good knowledge of bookkeeping.
Experience with tools like QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
Should poses good communication skill
Should be an immediate joiner
