Job Summary-
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and the company’s website. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, product listings, marketplace coordination, sales tracking, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and other online marketplaces..
Monitor and process customer orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery..
Coordinate with warehouse, packing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfilment..
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available across all selling channels..
Identify stock shortages, slow-moving products, and potential out-of-stock situations..
Create, update, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory..
Monitor marketplace dashboards, orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and RTOs..
Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding operational issues, order delays, listing issues, claims, and other concerns..
Track daily sales, orders, revenue, cancellations, returns, and other key e-commerce metrics..
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales and marketplace performance..
Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, promotions, and offers across online platforms..
Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends..
Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions, campaigns, and product visibility..
Ensure marketplace SLAs and dispatch timelines are maintained..
Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce cancellations, returns, and delays..
Maintain proper records of marketplace orders, inventory, returns, claims, and settlements..
Handle basic reconciliation of marketplace sales, returns, and payments..
Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager and ensure timely resolution..
Required Skills
Good knowledge of E-commerce and marketplace operations..
Working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or similar platforms..
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills, including filters, sorting, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas..
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
Good communication and coordination skills..
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines..
Strong attention to detail and accuracy..
Ability to work effectively with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and sales teams..
Willingness to take ownership and proactively resolve operational issue

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Order processing and dispatch TAT.
Order fulfilment rate.
Cancellation and RTO rate.
Inventory accuracy and availability.
Marketplace sales and revenue.
Return and refund management.
Listing accuracy.
Marketplace SLA compliance.
Resolution time for operational issues.
Reporting accuracy.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
