The Associate Client Account Manager – SEO Division will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting account management activities, understanding business objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of SEO campaigns through effective collaboration with internal teams.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, hands-on exposure to SEO services, and the ability to identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned SEO clients and build long-term professional relationships.

Understand client business goals, SEO objectives, KPIs, and project expectations.

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal SEO delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

Support account management activities focused on client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Conduct regular client calls, strategy meetings, performance reviews, and project discussions.

Prepare SEO performance reports, presentations, meeting notes, and client communication documentation.

Proactively identify client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Analyze client requirements and collaborate with SEO specialists to recommend appropriate strategies and solutions.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SEO, PPC, AI SEO, Website, and other digital marketing services.

Maintain a strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine updates, AI-driven SEO trends, and digital marketing industry developments.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional client experience.

1–2 years of experience in Client Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, Business Development, Business Analysis, SEO Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.

Mandatory exposure to SEO services, Digital Marketing Agency, or SEO Product/Service environment.

Experience managing client communication and stakeholder expectations.

Understanding of SEO fundamentals including On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO.

Basic knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.

Ability to understand SEO reports, traffic trends, keyword rankings, and campaign performance metrics.

Strong sales mindset with experience in upselling, cross-selling, or account growth.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience working with US, UK, Australia, or international clients.

Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation platforms.

Understanding of agency workflows and white-label service delivery.
