Following Vendors Login performance on daily basis. Follow and educate to maintain the Daily Login properly.
Supporting the vendors towards all types technical supports related to the need.
Deal with Vendor complaints or issues. Answer the Vendor phone calls and provide assistance & share the required information.
Cab inspection to be conducted on regular basis.
Support vendor teams with various administrative tasks.
Report any updates & issues that need addressing to the Vendor Manager.
Uphold and Adhere company policies and procedures.

Job specifications

2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
Lead Conversion & Convincing skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
