Job Description – Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive for our Aluminium Company. The candidate will be responsible for developing business through regular meetings with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers, and other construction professionals, along with visiting construction sites in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and build strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers, and Developers.
Regularly visit construction sites, residential projects, commercial projects, and upcoming projects in the assigned area.
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers/projects.
Promote and explain the company's aluminium products, profiles, doors, windows, partitions, and related solutions.
Develop new dealer, contractor, architect, and project contacts.
Follow up with leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to convert opportunities into sales.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team for suitable solutions.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly reports of client meetings, site visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Confident in meeting Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Interior Designers.
Good knowledge of the construction / building materials / aluminium industry will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field work.
Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Experience & Qualification

Qualification: 12th / Graduate / Diploma / Any relevant qualification.
Experience: 1–5 years in field sales, business development, building materials, aluminium, UPVC, glass, hardware, interiors, or construction-related industries preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of Architect/Builder/Contractor meetings.
Number of construction-site visits.
New leads generated.
New project enquiries.
Sales conversion.
Monthly sales target achievement.
New client/dealer/contractor development.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
