Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute On-page and Off-page SEO strategies for our multi-brand, multi-site company, globally
Evaluate and implement content and link-building strategies to gain DA and SERP rankings
Outreach relevant sources to gain high-quality content backlinks to increase DA
Ensure the web universe is well-optimized for SEO and user experience
Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitors > gated content form submit (resources, webcasts, trials) > trial activation > purchase
Monitor core pages for ranking fluctuations and provide insight to the business to help understand any rank changes
Monitor Google Analytics and Google Search Console and keep up on latest algorithm updates and SEO trends
Prepare monthly SEO and analytics reports
Perform regular SEO audits and inspections to identify regular on-site content and off-site opportunities
Support the SEO Director in driving the acquisition strategy to ensure we build brand awareness, grow audiences and maximize growth.
Lead/Recruit a team of SEO Execs/Specialists to help achieve our search visibility and monetization goals
Support the business development team to understand market trends and estimate the future performance of multiple finance verticals.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of driving user and revenue growth from SEO and inbound marketing activities.
International SEO experience – working on the global domain(s) with multiple websites for different regions/languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines.
Advanced knowledge and experience with using platforms and tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio, and other SEO tools
Experience in off-page and on-page optimization techniques, outreach, and backlinking recommendations to grow organic search traffic and conversions
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
