Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations

Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and/or D2C website.
Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, offers, and inventory information.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track stock availability and highlight potential stock-outs or slow-moving products.
Maintain marketplace and website hygiene, accuracy, and operational standards.

2. E-commerce Marketing & Promotions

Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, offers, and product launches.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies for paid advertising, social media, and performance campaigns.
Support campaign setup, product selection, promotional pricing, and banner/content requirements.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions and sales.
Keep track of competitor pricing, promotions, products, and online activities.

3. Sales & Growth

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly online sales and identify growth opportunities.
Analyse product, category, traffic, conversion, and revenue performance.
Identify best-selling and underperforming products and recommend appropriate actions.
Support initiatives to improve website/marketplace conversion, average order value, and repeat purchases.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase online revenue.

Pay: ₹9,793.85 - ₹34,185.39 per month
