Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, explaining our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
