About Us

We are a growing solar energy company dedicated to providing clean, sustainable power solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Support Specialist to help keep our customer, project, and regulatory paperwork running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and verify customer application documents, solar permit paperwork, and net-metering filings. Maintain digital and physical project files to ensure complete accuracy and compliance. Liaise with internal installation teams, local utility providers, and municipal offices to track application statuses. Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and answer document-related inquiries. Update internal database records and tracking sheets daily.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in administration, documentation, or back-office operations (solar or utility industry experience is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic database management. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits & Compensation Salary: 7000-12000 +incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Days Off: Sundays off fixed

Paid Time Off: 1 paid leave per month
