We’re Hiring: Mental Health Counsellors (3 Positions)

Location: Ulsoor, Bangalore

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

Are you passionate about supporting the mental well-being of children and teenagers? We’re looking for empathetic and dedicated Mental Health Counsellors to join our growing team in Ulsoor, Bangalore.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
Experience: Freshers are welcome! Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience: If experienced, you must have worked with children or teenagers
Language Skills:
Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Knowledge of Kannada is a plus and will be given preference

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
Work closely with children and teenagers to support emotional and psychological needs

We’re Hiring: Personal Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chairperson.(2 Positions)

Position: Personal Executive Assistant

Salary: ₹15-20,000 per month

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – Field + Remote)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday on-call if required; Sunday off)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, trustworthy, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with Halima Muskan Khan, Founder & CEO of Metanoia Kleos Empowerment Foundation (MKEF) and Founder of Sorora.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can think ahead, solve problems independently, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be the Founder’s right hand, helping manage schedules, communications, meetings, and administrative tasks while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.

* Keep track of deadlines and proactively provide reminders.

* Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings.

* Answer incoming calls and make calls on behalf of the Founder when required.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, government offices, and other stakeholders.

* Accompany the Founder to meetings, events, and work-related engagements whenever required.

* Run professional errands and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

* Take detailed meeting notes and maintain organised records.

* Prepare follow-up action items after meetings and ensure timely completion.

* Maintain digital and physical files, documents, and important records.

* Assist with planning events, meetings, travel, and business activities.

* Represent the Founder professionally during meetings or discussions when authorised.

* Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

* Anticipate requirements, stay organised, and help keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

* Professional, confident, and presentable personality.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on behalf of the Founder.

* High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

* Comfortable using Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, and other productivity tools.

* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

This is a flexible role rather than a traditional 9-to-5 position.

* Work generally begins around 10:00 AM.

* In-person work or field visits may be required from approximately 12:00 PM onwards, depending on the Founder’s schedule.

* Some days may involve accompanying the Founder throughout the day, while others may be partially or fully remote.

* Saturday is generally off, but the assistant should remain available on call if required.

* Sunday is a weekly holiday.
