Position: Jr. HR Executive

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Department: Human Resources (HR)

Industry: Textile / Manufacturing / Corporate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and HR coordination. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.
Support in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification:

BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) only

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
Freshers with good academic background can also apply.
Candidate should be eager to learn and grow in HR functions.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
