1) Key Job Responsibilities
Technical Engineering & Feasibility
- Site Evaluation: Conduct technical site surveys (rooftop/ground-mounted), shade analysis, and structural integrity assessments.
- System Design: Create preliminary system layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and Bill of Materials (BOM) using industry tools.
Commercial & Sales Management
- Lead Qualification & Pitching: Interact with B2B, industrial, commercial, and high-value residential leads to pitch customized solar solutions.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Draft detailed commercial proposals featuring preliminary designs and financial payback models (IRR, NPV, ROI).
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, address technical objections, and secure signed purchase orders and advance payments.
Execution & Regulatory Compliance
- Project Handover: Brief field engineering teams on project specifications and scope following deal sign-off.
- Liaisoning: Oversee DISCOM documentation for net-metering approvals, inspections, and government subsidy processing where applicable.
2) Typical Work Environment
- Work Setup: Field-heavy hybrid model (~25% Office for design and proposal preparation; ~75% Field for site surveys, client pitches, and DISCOM visits).
- Travel: Frequent regional travel to project sites and client premises. A personal two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid driving license are required.
- Target-Driven Culture: High-energy environment focused on active pipeline tracking, quick proposal turnaround times, and monthly revenue metrics.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
