Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, Unstop, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidates for suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with respective department heads.
Recruit candidates for production, electronics, engineering, quality, testing, sales, and corporate functions.
Coordinate with selected candidates regarding salary discussions, documentation, notice period, and joining date.
Support campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
