Full job description

Accounts Executive – CA Firm

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, income tax-related work, reconciliations, and assisting in audit and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain GST records and returns.
Assist in GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
Prepare bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheet.
Support statutory, tax, and internal audit activities.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Handle Tally/Busy or other accounting software.
Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, etc.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Coordinate with clients for required financial and tax-related documents.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance work.

Requirements

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or accounting/tax consultancy.
Good knowledge of Tally/Busy, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Basic knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
