Full job description

Salary: As per industry/market standards (negotiable based on experience, skills, and current CTC)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in PEB Sales (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PEB Sales Executive to join our growth-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, strong technical understanding of steel structures, and a proven track record in lead generation, client negotiation, and closing structural deals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads for PEB projects across commercial, industrial, and warehousing sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Technical Presentation: Present PEB solutions, product benefits, and structural advantages effectively to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle end-to-end sales negotiations, prepare commercial proposals/quotations, and successfully close project deals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Field Visits & Travel: Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, project inspections, and local business development activities.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Education: B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent standard/technical background).
Experience: 2–3 years of direct experience in PEB / Heavy Steel Structure Sales is strictly mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of PEB structural design, primary/secondary members, roofing systems, and cost estimation basics.
Key Skills:
Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in preparing pitch presentations and proposals.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for client calls and site visits.
