Key Responsibilities Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.
Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relationships.
Assist in performance management and HR policy implementation.

Administration

Cold calls and appointment setting
Oversee day-to-day office administration.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and office facilities.
Handle travel bookings, courier management, and office logistics.
Maintain office assets and administrative records.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure smooth office operations and support management with administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Freshers with excellent communication and strong organizational skills may also apply.

Comfortable handling both HR and Administration responsibilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong coordination and time management skills.
Professional appearance and positive work attitude.
