About this Position

To ensure effective, compliant, and controlled warehouse operations in line with IATF requirements & Electronic business, supporting uninterrupted production through robust material management, documentation control, inventory accuracy, and continual improvement. This role will oversee all materials management activities at the Raja plant, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods movements.

What you´ll do

Plan end-to-end warehouse operations (Inwards, kitting, storage, outwards, FG dispatch) ensuring material identification, traceability, FIFO/FEFO, and prevention of mix-ups.
Safe handling, segregation, and timely disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous scrap in compliance with statutory, customer, and IATF requirements.
Manage storage, issuance, and inventory control of RM ,PM materials, ensuring availability, shelf-life control, and usage traceability.
Act as primary interface with Production to address daily material-related issues and serve as SPOC for Materials management.
Maintain and ensure readiness of all documented information related to warehouse operations in accordance with IATF 16949, MSA, and internal procedures.
Monitor daily KPIs (inventory accuracy, dispatch adherence, scrap removal, manpower productivity) and supervise 3PL manpower, review gaps, risks, and corrective actions during monthly performance reviews.
Coordinate and execute internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections, including closure of findings through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure on-time and error-free FG dispatch, maintaining compliance with customer specific requirements (CSR).

What makes you a good fit

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Material Management
BSC Chemistry/BE-Chemical+ Material Management Diploma (Mandatory) Or any diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
Knowledge of WMS,SAP ,ERP system, accounting of materials.
