Role Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the Project Management Consultancy division by establishing relationships with developers, corporates, architects, consultants, healthcare providers, hotel operators, and institutional clients. The role focuses on promoting PMC services from project inception through execution across IT Parks, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify potential projects during Concept, Design, Tender, and Pre-construction stages.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities within:
IT Parks & Commercial Developments
Hotels & Resorts
Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities
Mixed-use Developments
Corporate Offices
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market intelligence, referrals, and industry events.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, architects, MEP consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers including CXOs, Project Directors, Heads of Projects, Procurement Heads, and Facility Heads.
- Present the company's PMC capabilities and service offerings.
Marketing
- Prepare client presentations and capability statements.
- Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop sector-specific marketing campaigns.
- Maintain CRM database of clients and project opportunities.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing and professional networking activities.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry seminars.
- Promote company branding through digital and offline platforms.
Market Intelligence

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships.
- Identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct client satisfaction visits.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up until project award.
Proposal & Tender Support
- Coordinate Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Prepare prequalification submissions.
- Assist in technical proposal preparation.
- Support commercial negotiations.
- Maintain proposal documentation.
- Track proposal status and conversion.

Pay: ₹22,375.84 - ₹98,031.98 per month
