Overview
The Associate Vice President – Global Field HR / HRBP Delivery, GCoE will lead the Field HR / HRBP Delivery vertical within Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS). The role partners with Divisional Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to develop the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for delivering Field HR / HRBP services within GHRSS. Additionally, this role bears responsibility for identifying opportunities to enhance the service portfolio, drive adoption, and deliver operational excellence. The role serves as the primary liaison between GHRSS and business-facing HR teams, fostering alignment, continuous improvement, and long-term growth
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Define and drive the strategic vision for evolving HRBP and Field HR support capabilities, enabling the team to deliver high-value advisory and business partner services.

Lead the strategy, transition, standardization, and ongoing delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model, including identification of opportunities to broaden support capabilities.

Partner with Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to define service strategies, evaluate transition and expansion opportunities, and establish scalable operating models that support business and talent priorities.

Develop and maintain the Field HR / HRBP Support Service Roadmap, partnering with senior HR leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model.

Oversee delivery of HRBP and Field HR services to ensure quality, service-level achievement, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP and Field HR Support organization through hiring, coaching, succession planning, capability building, and performance management; Establish team goals, service standards, and performance expectations aligned to business priorities.

Lead change management activities supporting the transition, adoption, and evolution of Field HR / HRBP services being delivered via GHRSS.

Partner with GHRSS leadership on organizational design, staffing strategies, and capacity planning to support future Field HR / HRBP service expansion.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence.

Oversee workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, and workforce analytics processes, ensuring leaders have actionable insights to support business and talent decisions.

Oversee the development and implementation of governance standards for SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.

Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate the value created by GCoE services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Use feedback from onshore Field HR / HRBP teams and stakeholders to improve processes, documentation, dashboard adoption, and operating effectiveness.

Support policy/process governance, audit readiness, data access controls and confidentiality expectations in partnership with HR Operations, HRIS, Compliance, Employee Relations or Legal, as appropriate.
About you
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Analytics or related field preferred.
Certifications:

HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI or equivalent preferred
