1. Sampling, testing and release of raw material, Packing material, Intermediate and finish Product.
2. Responsible for chemical analysis.
3. Daily and schedule calibration of analytical balance, Karl Fischer, PHG- meter, Conductometer etc.
4. Labelling of Chemical and reagent as per SOP.
5. Preparation and standardization of volumetric and general solution
6. Analysis of In-process, Raw Material and Intermediates and Finish Product as per defined specification.
7. To arrange sample for outside analysis and follow-up.
8. Update the temperature and humidity record of QC instrument room reserve sample room.
9. Store control sample of key starting material and intermediate as per defined condition and required quantity.
10. To Prepare and affix approved and reject label based on batch status.
11. To performed specific duties as assigned by reporting authority.
12. Prepare COA of Raw material, Packing Material, Intermediate and finish product.
13. Analysis of R&D and outside sample and reporting as per defined SOP.
14. Cleaning of Glass ware as per SOP.
