Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
Maintain MTC, Chillers, HRTC/Hot Runner Systems, CFS, Robots, Conveyors, and Utilities.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, spares, and maintenance documentation.
Conduct RCA and CAPA for recurring breakdowns.
Support TPM, OEE improvement, Kaizen, energy-saving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, EMS, safety, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, OEMs, and service providers for equipment reliability.

Skills Required

7+ years of experience in injection moulding machine maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Hands-on experience with robots, utilities, MTC, chillers, HRTC, and CFS.
Knowledge of TPM, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
