Role: Key Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Client Management: Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products.
Customer Insight & Relationship Building: Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s organization, business model, and procurement processes. Aligning with LSquare operations to ensure timely delivery.
Strategic Business Development: Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action.
Performance Monitoring: Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including ontime delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct structured, periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities.

Educational and Experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Driven by results, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed set targets.
Collaborative approach.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Should be confident to take up an individual contributor role with shared team support.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
