Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
Build positive relationships with guests and ensure a memorable experience.
Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
Provide information about facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Support guest engagement activities and events as required.
