Digital Marketing & Advertisement Executive

Pay: ₹15,000 per month
Work Location: In person

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and practical Digital Marketing & Advertisement Executive to manage our company's online presence, social media accounts and digital advertising.

The successful candidate should be comfortable independently managing business profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and Google Ads.

The role will involve creating content, posting regularly, running advertising campaigns, improving online visibility, monitoring performance and helping generate enquiries for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
Manage and regularly update the company's Google Business Profile.
Create and publish professional social media posts, stories, reels and other content.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
Write captions, promotional content and advertising copy.
Create professional graphics and advertising material using Canva or similar software.
Plan, create and manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance and results.
Improve advertising campaigns based on enquiries, conversions and performance data.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews and customer engagement across social media platforms.
Help increase followers, engagement, website traffic and business enquiries.
Manage and respond appropriately to Google reviews and help improve the company's Google presence.
Keep Google Business Profile information, photographs, services, opening hours and posts up to date.
Work with management to promote specific services, offers and business activities.
Research competitors and identify new advertising and content opportunities.
Monitor trends across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Track campaign results and prepare simple performance reports.
Use analytics tools to understand which posts and advertisements are performing well.
Assist with basic SEO and website content improvements where required.
Maintain consistent company branding across all online platforms.

Platforms the Candidate Must Be Comfortable With

The candidate should have practical working knowledge of:

Instagram
Facebook
Meta Business Suite
Facebook and Instagram Ads
LinkedIn
Google Business Profile
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Canva or similar design software

Knowledge of SEO, WordPress or website management, video editing and content creation would be an advantage.

Required Skills

Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
Practical experience creating and running digital advertising campaigns.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Experience managing Google Business Profile.
Practical working knowledge of Google Ads.
Good written English.
Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas.
Ability to create professional-looking social media graphics.
Understanding of social media engagement and audience growth.
Ability to analyse advertising performance and make improvements where required.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned marketing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred, but practical experience and skills are more important.
Previous experience working in digital marketing, social media management or advertising would be preferred.
A portfolio or examples of previous social media pages, advertisements, graphics or campaigns would be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not simply post on social media.

The candidate should be able to understand the business and decide what content should be created, when it should be posted, which audience should be targeted and whether the advertising is actually producing results.

The successful candidate should be proactive, creative, organised and comfortable taking ownership of the company's digital presence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
