About Daily Mind Education
Daily Mind Education is an educational initiative dedicated to improving learning opportunities for students through offline examinations, scholarships, career guidance, educational awareness programs, and skill development activities. We are actively working to empower students across multiple states of India through quality educational programs and community outreach.
Job Purpose
The Block Coordinator will be responsible for visiting schools, promoting Daily Mind Education programs, registering students, building strong relationships with school authorities, and supporting the successful implementation of examinations and educational activities within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities1. School Outreach
- Visit government and private schools in the assigned block.
- Meet Principals, Headmasters, Teachers, and School Management Committees.
- Introduce Daily Mind Education programs and examination opportunities.
- Obtain necessary permissions for awareness and registration activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly registration targets.
2. Student Registration
- Guide students regarding registration procedures.
- Assist students in completing registration forms accurately.
- Verify student details and required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of registrations and student data.
3. Promotion & Awareness
- Conduct educational awareness sessions in schools and communities.
- Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Inform students about examinations, scholarships, awards, and educational opportunities.
- Promote Daily Mind Education activities through local networks and community engagement.
4. Data Collection & Reporting
- Maintain daily records of school visits and activities.
- Submit photographs and visit reports regularly.
- Report the number of students contacted, interested, and registered.
- Share feedback and suggestions received from schools and students.
5. Examination Support
- Assist in examination center preparation and coordination.
- Coordinate with partner schools during examinations.
- Support student verification and attendance management.
- Help ensure smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of examinations.
6. Community Engagement
- Build relationships with parents, teachers, and community leaders.
- Encourage student participation in educational programs.
- Support educational awareness campaigns conducted by Daily Mind Education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduate candidates will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and local language.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area.
- Must own a smartphone for reporting and communication purposes.
