Full job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking L&D Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI-driven learning solutions, employee capability development, market trends, and general business awareness.

This role requires someone who can create modern, engaging, and performance-oriented learning programs while integrating AI tools, automation, and industry insights to enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning & Development Strategy

Design and implement end-to-end Learning & Development strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify training needs through skill gap analysis, performance reviews, and business requirements.
Build structured learning journeys for employees across departments and levels.
Create and manage annual/monthly training calendars.

2. AI-Driven Learning Initiatives

Develop and deploy AI-powered learning solutions to improve training effectiveness and learner engagement.
Utilize AI tools and platforms for content creation, assessments, personalized learning, and knowledge management.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, learning technologies, and automation trends.
Introduce innovative digital learning methods such as microlearning, AI-based assessments, and self-paced learning modules.

3. Content Development & Training Delivery

Create high-quality training content, SOPs, presentations, modules, and learning resources.
Conduct and facilitate training sessions on:
- Behavioral skills
- Soft skills
- Business communication
- Process understanding
- AI tools awareness
- Market and industry knowledge
Ensure learning content is practical, engaging, and aligned with current market demands.

4. General Awareness & Market Knowledge Development

Develop programs that improve employees’ general awareness, industry exposure, and market intelligence.
Design learning modules around:
- Current market trends
- Business environment
- Industry updates
- Competitive awareness
- Emerging technologies
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and external awareness within the organization.

5. Performance & Capability Enhancement

Work closely with department heads and managers to enhance employee capability and performance.
Track post-training effectiveness and evaluate ROI of training initiatives.
Support leadership in improving team productivity, learning adaptability, and future-readiness.
Drive skill development programs to build a high-performance workforce.

6. Learning Systems & Reporting

Maintain training records, dashboards, feedback reports, and learning analytics.
Measure training success using assessments, feedback, productivity outcomes, and business impact.
Prepare MIS reports and present L&D insights to leadership.
Recommend improvements based on data, learner behavior, and organizational needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks
Expertise in AI tools, AI-driven learning models, and automation
Excellent understanding of market trends, business environment, and general awareness development
Strong content creation and instructional design skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to create engaging and innovative training experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of employee development, performance improvement, and organizational learning
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / Learning Platforms / AI Tools
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or AI/Automation tools would be an added advantage
Experience in handling corporate training, employee development, and digital learning initiatives
